The customer wanted to standardize all licensees on a single global eCommerce platform for Branding, Market Making, and Audit requirements. The idea was to drive a modern and seamless customer experience and engagement.

Our journey began with a full Shopify eCommerce transformation for an Asian licensee, tasked with building a platform from the ground up. Over the first three months, we focused on perfecting the foundation—UI/UX design, API integrations, and performance optimization—to deliver a seamless shopping experience.
Despite the project's complexity, we launched the site in just 7 weeks. Our focus on clear communication, timely delivery, and precise execution led to a smooth rollout and strong conversion rates—with zero operational issues.
The success caught the attention of other licensees. Impressed by our speed and quality, they began seeking our help to build their own eCommerce platforms. We took on each project, customizing solutions to meet regional needs—API compatibility, payment gateways, and compliance.
